Tucker Parks is a redshirt freshman quarterback for the Western Kentucky University Hilltoppers. Parks had a successful career during his time at Klein Collins High School, where he was a 1st Team All-District talent and a three-star rated prospect according to 247Sports and On3. A year spent with the Hilltopper staff and program will benefit Parks ahead of a promising redshirt freshman season.
