​Tice Williams is a redshirt freshman safety for Texas State University. He attended Conroe High School in Conroe, Texas, where he showcased his athleticism not only on the football field but also as a track athlete, recording a 100-meter dash time of 11.49 seconds and 200-meter times of 23.24 and 23.45 seconds during his junior year in Spring 2023. Known for his playmaking abilities and exceptional range as a defensive back, he committed to Texas State on September 19, 2023, choosing the Bobcats over offers from programs such as Boise State, Arkansas State, and Army.
